City-girl turned farmer, I learned about growing on the fly. With two children with severe food allergies and another child on the way, I needed to take back control of our food. I knew the food industry didn't have my family's best interest at heart and it was my job to keep my children both safe and healthy. Growing our food seemed a natural choice. With those same goals and ideals, I'd like the opportunity to grow for you and your family.

Born and raised in beautiful Monterrey, Mexico I had exposure to farm life but never lived it. Monterrey is a very large metropolitan city. So when my wife asked if we could raise chickens, it was a new adventure for me as well. The hens follow me around the yard always expecting to be fed or treats, I'm a real chick magnet! Everyday our farm family increases and we have the opportunity to provide naturally-grown food for new people. I have a great job!

I pack all of the shipped products with care and send them off to their new homes. When we not shipping, you'll find me assisting at the Farmer's Market in the summer. Spring planting is my favorite as I get to see first hand how things start to take shape around the farm. I help with planting seeds and transplants into the beds. I also put up and mend the fencing to keep the critters out.
