Fennel Dip

  • Greek Yogurt - large tub
  • 1 finely diced cucumber
  • Garlic or garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon or so of lemon juice
  • Salt, Pepper
  • 1/2 cup of fennel fronds (aka leaves)


1. Get a large tub of greek yogurt and transfer to a bowl.

2. Peel cucumber, finely dice and add to yogurt.

3. Add about a tablespoon of lemon to the yogurt and whisk in (lemon varies on your taste buds).

4. Add garlic or garlic powder (to taste, should be a bit on the garlicish side).

5. Chop 1/2 cup of fresh fennel leaves into the dip. We recommend using herb scissors so that the fennel can be chopped finely (it's much easier with the scissors).

6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
